World Renowned Metaphysician Dr. Sunit K. Gupta Casts Spells in West Indies and 15th International Sindhi Sammelan. Barbados, Friday June 27th 2008:
As the wonderful clouds filtered and The Golden Rays of Sun fell on the exuberant Atlantic Ocean Island of Barbados. The Spell of Hindu Tantrik of Dr. Gupta gripped the hearts of the West Indians.

The daily newspaper, Barbados Advocate featured an article on Gupta announcing his presence in the 15th International Sindhi Sammelan, starting today.
The Sindhi Sammelan was officially inaugurated with in-depth readings offered by Gupta. Gupta was invited from Los Angeles, U.S.A. as the official Jyotishi/Psychic of the Sammelan.
For the first time, this sammelan was held in the West Indies with the efforts of Mr. Ram Mirchandani being the co-ordinator of the Sammelan with his team Mrs. Asha Mirchandani, Chairperson of the 15th International Sindhi Sammelan and President of Sindhi Association of Barbados, committee members and Alliance of Sindhi Associations of America.

There were more than 500 attendees from all over the World including India, USA, U.K., Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada and the West Indies.
The three day convention had a busy agenda from early morning till next morning. The event was held at the beautiful 'Casa Grande' Airport Hotel and Resort. 'Casa Grande' as the name reveals, has 130 Deluxe Rooms with a Brand New set up. It has a International hall with 1000 + seats, Kozzy Bistro, Holistic Room, Gift Shops, Children play area and huge swimming pool with bar.
The dignitaries who attended the Sammelan were: Shri. Ashok Kumar Sharma Honourable Ambassador of India, Honourable Mia Mottley - Leader of Her Majesty's Loyal Opposition, Honourable Richard Sealy - Minister for Tourism, Honourable Dr. Esther Byer Suckoo - Minister of Family Sports and the Environment, Honourable Minister of Trade, Industry and Commerce, Mrs. Indu Sahani- Sherrif of Mumbai.

The highlights of the Sindhi Sammelan were : Most of the dignitaries including some unnamed prominent dignitaries from the USA met Dr. Sunit Gupta and had asked for his deep insight about their Life and the World Politics. Being renowned for his Global political predictions. Gupta spent hours with them in his upscale office for a confidential meeting. Dr. Esther Byer Suckoo - Minister of Family Sports and the Environment discussed with Gupta about propagating Ashihara Karate, Kara Yoga (tm) and Indian Culture in Barbados.
The World Renowned Orchestra, 'Rana Mohip Band' of Trinidad performed on three occasions to entertain young and old. On the request of Mr Rana Mohip, Dr. Sunit Gupta also showed his artistic side when he hypnotized the audience and captured their hearts by singing 'Bari Door Se Aaye Hain, Pyaar Ka Tohfa Laaye Hain.'
Gupta also uplifted the emotions by singing : ' Zindagi Ek Safar Hai Suhana, Yahan Kal Kya Ho? Maine Jaana'
Being a son of India, his last song reflected his patriotic side and Love for India. The attendees as well as Gupta himself could not control tears twinkling from their eyes. While singing the song from Rabindra Nath Tagore's famous story 'Kabuliwala' : Ai Mere Pyare Watan, Ai Mere Bichare Chaman, Tujh Pe Dil Kurbaan. .'
Waves were created by singing the Indian and Barbados National Anthem.
The speeches by the dignitaries were followed by Children's Bhajan, Fashion Show, Dances, Vote of Thanks, empowerment of youth, matrimonial spotlight, Sindhiyat and Aasadivaar - The ceremonial path of Shri Guru Granth Saheb, followed by Langar.
Dr. Gupta was again featured in the Barbados newspapers and was also interviewed on 'Good Morning Barbados' on CBC-TV This is like 'Good Morning America'. Gupta was also live on air, thrice.
Even the local People of Barbados lined up to see Gupta. Some of them even wept when he had to leave and asked him to promise to come back soon. Which he intends doing. Gupta explained to them and the media that he had to return for his business and for Baba Ram Dev's visit in Los Angeles.
The Sindhi community is very Strong in the West Indies. This Sammelan reflected the strength of not only the Sindhis but the entire Indian Community.
The ceremonial torch for the 16th International Sindhi Sammelan was handed over to Mrs. Kamal Lala. The Alliance of Sindhi Associations of Americas, Inc. will host the 16th Sammelan in Los Angeles in 2009.
